8 Dragons

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 8 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameFive reels, three rows, a plain grid on lacquered red, with no counter and no buy button anywhere in the furniture. The red envelope sitting in the middle of the second reel is the Scatter, the only way into the free spins; the rest of the screen lines up tiger, dragon turtle, carp, coins and ingots above the card symbols. Total bet shown: $2.00.
Game rulesThe paytable at the $2.00 bet shown below: five tigers pay $50.00, the dragon turtle $13.00, the carp $10.00, the coins and the ingot $7.00, and the cards close up between $5.00 and $4.00. The tiger is the only symbol that pays from two — $0.20 — which also makes it the only one to open a real gap on the rest of the grid.
Game rules, page 2The three symbols that make the game. The dragon is the Wild: it only lands on reels 2, 3 and 4, and always in groups of two — and when a full stack of Wilds appears in the base game, it doubles the spin's total win. Every reel also carries a mystery stacked symbol, drawn at random from the paying symbols on each spin, in the base game as in free spins. The red envelope is the Scatter: three anywhere open the feature.
Game rulesThe five free spins options, five differently coloured dragons for the same trade-off: 20 spins with Wild multipliers of 2x to 4x at one end, 5 spins with 8x to 15x at the other. The red dragon draws both the count and the range from the other options. During the round, a full Wild stack no longer doubles the win but multiplies it by a value drawn from the chosen range, and three Scatters award as many spins again as the option first granted, with no limit.
Game rulesThe twenty paylines, drawn one by one on the grid. The same page gives away a detail few games put in writing: the RTP is not a single figure but a bracket, from 96.37% to 96.39% — the exact rate depends on the version served. The game also recalls that wins are multiplied by the bet per line, not by the total bet.
How to playThe controls page: plus and minus open the bet menu, the round button spins, and the space bar and enter key do the same from the keyboard. The chevron button cycles three spin speeds, and clicking the CREDIT and BET labels switches the display between coins and cash.
Settings menuThe settings menu, and at the foot of the page the bet menu, which thinks in lines: this game is set through COINS PER LINE and COIN VALUE, the total bet being no more than the product of the two across the twenty lines. Above, the intro screen, the ambient sound and the effects switch off separately, and the game history opens from the same list.
AutoplayThe panel's last page, the autoplay one: a run is started by clicking the number of spins wanted, and the "skip screens" option passes over the feature's intro and end screens on its own after a short moment.
Buying the featureThe purchase confirmation as the game presents it, before any spin is committed.
