9 Bells

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 12 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameThree reels, three rows, the empty cells engraved with a blue bell: only three symbols have landed — a Cash coin at 180, a MINI coin and a chest overflowing with gold. The middle row carries a red "CASH OUT" banner. On the right, under the logo, the Bonus Matrix, a grid of nine blue cells still empty, then the jackpot ladder for the 60.00 bet: GRAND 90,000.00, MAJOR 3,000.00, MINOR 1,200.00, MINI 600.00. Chance Level is OFF, its steps x2, x4 and x6 below.
Game rules, page 1The Bonus Matrix, the mechanic that sets this game apart: when a Bell symbol lands on a reel, it is saved into the matching field of the matrix shown beside the grid — three red arrows trace the path. Below, the consequence: when all nine fields of the matrix are full, the Hold the Jackpot bonus game begins.
Game rules, page 2Cash Out, the second way to collect: the base game holds no regular symbols and Bonus symbols pay only in the bonus game — unless three of them, of any type, land on the middle row. The sum of their values is then paid at once: in the illustration a Cash Infinity at 420, then 60 and 180, under the red CASH OUT banner.
Game rules, page 3The Cash Infinity coin, shown here at 480: it sticks to the reels until the end of the bonus game and awards between 5x and 10x the bet, paid only at the end. The panel adds a condition specific to this game: it can only be drawn on a reel where a Bell has already landed and been saved into the Bonus Matrix. Landing on the middle row, it raises the chances of triggering Cash Out.
Game rules, page 4The Hold the Jackpot bonus screen: 360, 120, 540, 180 and 420 stay stuck while the empty cells keep spinning. The panel states that the game is played on 9 reels and, unlike Wazdan's other Hold the Jackpot titles, that nine re-spins are granted at the start — one per cell of the grid. The round ends when the re-spins run out or every reel is filled.
Game rules, page 5The bonus game's values: a Cash coin awards between 1x and 5x the bet, and the three Jackpot coins show their multiplier — MAJOR 50x, MINOR 20x, MINI 10x. They can land several times in the same round, and each one pays its matching jackpot.
Game rules, page 6The bonus game's Collector: it adds up the values of the Cash and Cash Infinity coins around it — 3, 2, 10, 5 and 4 in the illustration — to a total of 480 marked x20, then multiplies that total at random by 1x to 20x. Below, the transformations: the Mystery, a green gem, can turn into any other Bonus symbol except a Cash Infinity; the Jackpot Mystery, a red gem, only into a MINI, MINOR or MAJOR. They all open one by one at the end of the bonus.
Game rules, page 7The GRAND Jackpot: collecting all 9 Bonus symbols of any type fills the whole grid and takes it — 1500x the bet, the 90,000.00 shown alongside for the current stake. It is the game's maximum prize, and the coin values are not added to it. Above, the payment rule: the bonus pays only at the end, for the sum of the values held, MINI, MINOR and MAJOR jackpots included.
Game rules, page 8The Chance Level setting, and the one page in the series where the gain in chance does not track the bet: the x2 step multiplies the base bet by 2 for at least 2x more chance of opening the bonus, but x4 promises at least 5x, and x6 at least 8x. The strip at the top shows the x6 step selected for a total bet of 6.00. The paytable does not move.
Game rules, page 9The Disclaimer page, where the game states its ceiling: the maximum win amount is 1500x the bet. It also repeats that the paytable follows the current bet, that every round's outcome is independent, that the draw on the non-sticky cells stays entirely random once a sticky symbol appears, and that a malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Game rules, page 10The first page of the written rules, with a screenshot of the game as an example: the middle row mid Cash Out, with a coin at 6, a Collector at 54 marked x9 and a MAJOR coin, for a win of 160.00 shown at the 2.00 bet; the Bonus Matrix on the right already holds four bells. The bullets carry the essentials: 9 independent reels on a 3x3 grid, a full matrix to open Hold the Jackpot, maximum win 1500x the bet.
Hold the jackpot bonus gameThe Hold the Jackpot section of the written rules: nine re-spins at the start reset to 9 by each new coin, Cash coins worth 1x to 5x the bet, MINI, MINOR and MAJOR jackpots that can land more than once, the Collector multiplying its total by 1x to 20x, all 9 coins collected awarding the GRAND Jackpot of 1500x the bet, and the note that the bonus is played at the bet level and Volatility Level of the spin that triggered it. Then the Chance Level section begins.
Game rules, page 12The bottom of the same section: the Buy Feature can open the Hold the Jackpot bonus on the Extreme and Double Extreme Volatility Levels — a Wazdan play-style setting, not a measure of the game's variance. Just below, the game states its return rate, "Game average return to player: 96.16%", and the controls section begins.
Game rules, page 13The controls page: the autoplay menu — number of spins, stop on any win, on entering a bonus game, or as soon as a single win or a change in balance passes a set amount — the four ways to change the bet, the on-screen counters, and at the bottom the Gamble button, which offers to risk the current win for a chance to double it.
Game rules, page 14The icons page: the sound settings, the shortcuts to the rules and the paytable, the game history — which the game restricts to real-money play — and leaving full screen. At the bottom the Volatility Levels section begins, the Wazdan setting that invites you to choose your game style.

Everything we know about this game

The RTP of 9 Bells

9 Bells is published with an RTP of 96.16%.

The figure comes from gamelaunch.wazdan.com, and the page is linked above so you can check it yourself.

Volatility

9 Bells has no published volatility that we could verify, so the field is left empty. Filling it with "medium" would read as information while being a guess.

Maximum win

The ceiling announced for 9 Bells is 1,500x the total stake. A maximum win is a cap, not an expectation: it is the largest payout the game can produce, reached by a combination that the mathematics make rare.

How 9 Bells is built

The game runs on a 3×3 grid. Its wins form through No paylines. 9 Bells was released by Wazdan in 2023.
