Burning Sun

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 12 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameFour columns over four rows, letters and numbers cut from embers, and not a payline in sight. A banner laid across the grid announces “Win up to 5000x your bet!”. On the right the logo spells out HOLD THE JACKPOT · STICKY TO INFINITY™, above the four plates for the 60.00 bet: GRAND 300,000.00, MAJOR 9,000.00, MINOR 3,000.00, MINI 1,200.00.
Game rules, page 1Sticky to Infinity™ and the trigger threshold on the same page: the two Mystery tiles — the red one and the blue “JACKPOT MYSTERY” — stay locked “until the end of the Bonus Game”, and the picture below stacks a 6+ on them, which the sentence confirms: “Drawing at least 6 Bonus symbols of any type activates the Hold the Jackpot Bonus Game.”
Game rules, page 2The bonus and its geometry: “The game is played on 16 reels”, and the thumbnail on the left indeed shows a four-by-four grid, half filled with coins — 60, 240, 540, 900, 900, 300 — plus a MINOR, a MINI and a MYSTERY tile. Beside it, the RESPINS plate reads 3, the number granted at the start and the one each new symbol resets the counter to.
Game rules, page 3The bonus's three jackpots, given as multiples under their discs: MAJOR 150x, MINOR 50x, MINI 20x — exactly the three plates on the right edge of the screen divided by the 60.00 bet. Above, a cash coin showing 180 illustrates the stated range: “Cash symbols award prizes ranging from 1x-10x, 12x and 15x player's bet.”
Game rules, page 4What each Mystery tile can become, drawn as a tree: the red one into any bonus symbol, the blue one only into a Collector or MINI, MINOR, MAJOR. Below, the Collector does its sum on screen: 12, 4, 8, 6 and 15 picked up make 45, and the x20 printed under the disc gives exactly the 900 shown in the middle.
Game rules, page 5The GRAND page, the only one to publish a cap as a multiple: the thumbnail on the left shows the sixteen-cell grid completely filled, struck through with a GRAND JACKPOT 5000x, and the plate on the right gives its cash equivalent for the 60.00 bet — 300,000.00 FUN. The line below makes it a hard ceiling: “The GRAND Jackpot is the maximum prize in the game and Bonus symbol values are not added to it.”
Game rules, page 6The top of the pay table, on the scale of the 60.00 bet, and it reads by symbol count, not by line: the 7 pays 12,000.00 for sixteen and still 120.00 for ten, the star 6,000.00 for sixteen, the Ace 3,000.00. The rule under the panels stands in for paylines: “A win is awarded for drawing at least 10 symbols of a kind anywhere on the reels.”
Game rules, page 7The five low cards, on the same 60.00 scale, each with its seven tiers from ten to sixteen symbols: the King 2,400.00 at the top, the Queen 1,800.00, the Jack 1,200.00, the 10 900.00 and the 9 600.00. At the very bottom of the columns, 10 and 9 meet at 24.00. One sentence closes the page: “Only the highest win is paid.”
Game rules, page 8The Disclaimer, six sentences centred on an otherwise empty page, one of which publishes the cap: “The maximum win amount is 5000x bet.” The next lets the pay table be read as printed — “Paytable reflects current bet configuration” — and a third covers the sticky-symbol case.
Game rules, page 9The rules illustrated by a round taken at a 2.00 stake, and the four plates follow: GRAND 10,000.00, MAJOR 300.00, MINOR 100.00, MINI 40.00 — the same multiples as at 60.00. The grid shows six stars and two WILDs for a 3.00 win, well short of the ten symbols required. The bullets give the full spec sheet, 4x4 grid and 5000x cap included.
Hold the jackpot bonus gameThe bonus's fifteen bullets in one block, the text version of everything the illustrated pages showed. The last one brings what no picture said: “Hold the Jackpot Bonus Game is played at the same bet level and Volatility Level™ as the spin that activated the bonus.” Under the rule, the box that names the purchase and its three volatilities.
Game rules, page 11The page where the published return is read, “Game average return to player: 96.12%”, between the malfunction clause and the MAIN GAME heading. Above it, the box with three red chillies names what the trolley button puts on sale: “Ultra, Extreme and Double Extreme Volatility”.
Game rules, page 12The controls page: the tail of the autoplay stops, the ways to change the bet, the two active counters, the balance bag shown here at 1,860.05, then Gamble and To Credit. Nothing specific to this title — it is the studio's shared interface template.
Game rules, page 13The list of bar icons — sound, rules, pay table, history restricted to real-money play, leaving full screen — identical across the studio's games. The page stops at the VOLATILITY LEVELS™ heading and its “Choose your favourite game style”: the detail of the levels falls outside the frame.

Everything we know about this game

The RTP of Burning Sun

Burning Sun is published with an RTP of 96.12%.

The figure comes from gamelaunch.wazdan.com, and the page is linked above so you can check it yourself.

Volatility

Burning Sun has no published volatility that we could verify, so the field is left empty. Filling it with "medium" would read as information while being a guess.

Maximum win

The ceiling announced for Burning Sun is 5,000x the total stake. A maximum win is a cap, not an expectation: it is the largest payout the game can produce, reached by a combination that the mathematics make rare.

How Burning Sun is built

The game runs on a 4×4 grid. Its wins form through No paylines. Burning Sun was released by Wazdan in 2022.
