Atomic Kittens

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 14 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameA square grid seven columns wide and eight rows deep, filled with coloured discs: kitten faces and paw-print tokens, with no reels and no lines. On the left, the Buy Feature button priced at ‡499.50 and the Super Bet at ‡20 for a ‡10 bet; on the right, the Jackpot Race™ counter, still empty. In the middle of the grid, a ball of yarn carries an x2 multiplier.
Game rules, page 1The page that sets the bet: the coin is picked from 0.01, 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 25, the bet level from 1, 2, 5, 7 and 10. There are no lines here: the total bet is 20 coins multiplied by the bet level, so from 20 coins — ‡0.20 — up to 200 coins, ‡5,000. The page also notes that the demo is played with fun money.
Game rules, page 2The page where the game states its own figures, and it gives four of them: a theoretical return to player of 96.75%, then two others, each distinct, when the feature buy or the Super Bet is enabled, and a last one for the JACKPOT RACE™. The panel adds that the calculation rests on a statistical analysis of the game logic, that no player strategy can affect it, and that it is drawn from the average of 2 × 500,000,000 game cycles. Below come the file date and the version numbers of the client, the server and the random number generator.
Game rules, page 3The wild page, down to a single line: the green token marked WILD substitutes for every symbol except the golden paw-print coin. The thirteen dots along the bottom give the length of the in-game rules panel.
Game rules, page 4The scatter is the golden paw-print coin, and its scale climbs steeply: 30, 50, 1,000, 10,000 then 15,000 for three, four, five, six and seven of them, at the bet on screen. Its wins are multiplied by the total bet and it pays wherever it lands on the grid.
Game rules, page 5The four high symbols, paid by count bands — 12 to 13, 14 to 15, 16 to 19, then 20 to 56 symbols on screen, the whole grid: the blue kitten climbs to 2,500, the green one to 1,200, the purple to 250 and the orange to 125, at the bet on screen. At the lowest band the spread narrows to between 100 and 10.
Game rules, page 6The cascade, in two lines: winning symbols are replaced with new or already present symbols, and the chain carries on for as long as a new win forms.
Game rules, page 7The balls of yarn: each one reveals, as it lands, a multiplier drawn at random between X2, X5 and X9. The values on screen are added together before wins are worked out, then reset to their original values on the next cascade, and a ball of yarn cannot be removed from the grid by a cascade.
