Army of Ares

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 11 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameFive reels and four rows framed in dark wood, between a plain bristling with spears on the left and a helmeted warrior on the right. This opening grid already shows two golden FS scatters, two red Wilds, blue and purple shields, the laurel wreath with its golden horse and letters carved into stone; the game runs on 14 fixed paylines. Bottom left sits the yellow BUY BONUS button, with the demo bet at €2.00 against a play balance of €5,000.
Game rules, page 1The panel opens on the feature that carries the game. A Wrath scatter symbol that lands expands into a whole reel of Wilds, which then reveals a multiplier applied to the entire reel. When several Wrath Reels take part in the same win their multipliers are added from left to right before being applied; the listed values run from 2x to 300x, and only one Wrath symbol can land per reel.
Game rules, page 2Once expanded, a Wrath Reel also adds between 0 and 5 Wilds at random positions on the grid, and all of these symbols substitute for the whole paytable. The foot of the page starts the first bonus, Fear and Flame: 3 FS scatters landing together in the base game open 10 free spins, in which the Wilds dropped by a Wrath Reel carry a multiplier of their own.
Game rules, page 3The Wrath and Ruin bonus, opened by 4 FS scatters, counts lives rather than spins: three lives shown on a meter outside the grid, worth three free spins, reset to three whenever a Disc Multiplier or a Battle Horse lands, and the bonus ends once they are all spent. Only dead symbols, discs and horses appear, and a Reel Multiplier starting at 1x climbs as discs are gathered — green discs add their value once to the multiplier of the reel they land on.
Game rules, page 4The discs in detail, against a golden laurel. The Epic Green Disc goes further than the ordinary one: its value is added once to every Reel Multiplier at once. The possible adding values for green discs are listed — 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 25x, 50x, 100x — and the page moves on to the red disc, which instead multiplies the Reel Multiplier of the reel it lands on, once.
Game rules, page 5The Epic Red Disc multiplies every Reel Multiplier at once by the value it reveals; the possible red-disc values are x2, x3, x4, x5 and x10. Then comes the Battle Horse: it is collected above the reel it lands on, one per reel, and only opens its multiplier at the end of the free spins, for that reel alone. Its values run from x2 to x50.
Game rules, page 6Once the Battle Horses have activated, every Reel Multiplier is added together and multiplied by the bet to give the final win. Below sits the hidden bonus Ares Ascends: 5 simultaneous FS scatters in the base game open three refilling lives on the Wrath and Ruin mechanics, this time with a grid full of Disc Multipliers and one Battle Horse guaranteed from the start.
Game rules, page 7The paytable at the bet shown on screen. The five carved letters all pay 2.00 / 1.00 / 0.40 for five, four and three symbols; above them the green helmet climbs to 8.00 / 4.00 / 2.00, the blue shield to 10.00 / 5.00 / 2.40, the purple one to 12.00 / 6.00 / 3.00, the laurel with the golden horse to 16.00 / 8.00 / 4.00 and the red warrior to 20.00 / 10.00 / 5.00, while five Wilds are worth 20.00. The line below gives the game's theoretical return, 96.26%, calculated over 10 billion simulated rounds.
Ways to winThree things on one view. At the top, the pierced skulls: dead symbols that pay nothing and have no other effect, and the rule barring FS scatters from landing in Fear and Flame, Wrath and Ruin and Ares Ascends. WAYS TO WIN then draws the game's 14 lines, to be formed on adjacent reels from the leftmost one. BONUS BUY begins at the foot of the page, on the BUY BONUS button.
Game rules, page 9Each purchase option carries its own return, and the panel lines them up: 96.28% for BonusHunt FeatureSpins, 96.21% for Carnage FeatureSpins, 96.25% for Fear and Flame, 96.3% for Wrath and Ruin. Then comes the GENERAL section on the balance display, the arrows that set the bet and how a spin is launched. The allowed range runs from €0.10 to €50.00, and feature buys may exceed that ceiling.
Buying the featureThe buy menu, opened at a €2.00 bet. Two FeatureSpins options activate on the left — BonusHunt at €6.00, making each spin 5 times more likely to trigger a bonus, and Carnage at €120.00, guaranteeing at least one Wrath Reel per spin — while the two bonuses themselves are bought on the right: Fear and Flame at €200.00, Wrath and Ruin at €400.00. Ares Ascends is absent from the list.
