Sand and Ashes

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 11 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameFive reels over five rows, played on paylines, in a carved stone frame topped by the title in blue and gold. Two figures flank the grid without being part of it: the red-eyed mummy standing on the left and, resting on the sand to the right, the blue scarab the Wild is named after. The yellow BUY BONUS button sits bottom left, at a demo bet of €2.00.
Game rules, page 1The panel spells the grid out, then shows the Wild Scarab: the blue beetle on a white ground, crowned with a red disc reading "2X" here, the smallest of the nine possible values, which run up to 200x. Those values are additive — several scarabs on the same line add together before being applied — and every scarab that lands triggers a respin.
Game rules, page 2The two respin modifiers oppose each other point for point: the Firestorm adds a value, 1x to 100x, to every scarab already in place, and the page caps that climb at 999x; the Sandstorm leaves values alone but nudges every scarab one reel to the left — except those already on the first reel or blocked by a neighbour. The two can never happen in the same respin.
Game rules, page 3The trigger is counted in the artwork: the scatter, a golden Eye of Horus marked FS, is drawn in fours for Storming Sphinx, against threes for Desert Fury on the previous page. The second bonus changes the respin rule — there are none left, but storms can rise on every free spin, and the scarabs stay on the grid to the end.
Game rules, page 4The paytable at the €2.00 bet in play. The game carries only four royals — J, Q, K and A, with no 10 — and they all pay exactly alike, 2.00 for five. The four deities split into two levels: Sobek and Anubis at 10.00, Horus and the pharaoh at 20.00, twice as much.
Special symbolsThe Wild Scarab closes the paytable on a single tier, five of a kind for 20.00, level with the pharaoh. Below, "The number of possible lines in this game is 19", and the diagrams do come to nineteen: eight, eight, then three. A quiet restriction comes just before: in the base game and in Desert Fury, a scarab and a scatter can never be on the grid at the same time.
Bonus buyThe last three line diagrams close the set at the top of the page, then come the RTPs of the purchased modes: 96.2% on BonusHunt FeatureSpins™ — the lowest — 96.26% on Pharaoh Phrenzy, 96.28% for Desert Fury and 96.34% for Storming Sphinx. The page notes that no scatter can land in Pharaoh Phrenzy mode.
SpinThe winnings rules page. The ceiling is stated here — 10,000 times the bet — with its consequence: once reached, the round ends on the spot and any remaining free spins or bonus features are discarded. Below, the free spins display, where the spin win and the running total of the series sit in two separate fields.
Game rules, page 8The tail end of the panel: Advanced Autoplay and its three limits — number of rounds, session loss, single win — Turbo, then the keybinds list, among them SHIFT + 1/2/3/4, which jumps straight to a bonus buy confirmation, and SHIFT + F1 to F4 for the FeatureSpins™ one.
Game rules, page 9The very last screen of the panel, differing from the previous one by only a few scrolled lines: the end of the keybinds, History, the general terms, then in tiny print the version stamps — rules generated 20 April 2026, game version 1.0.0, server version 2.0.317 — and the link to the studio's site, the only clickable item.
Buying the featureThe buy screen, at the €2.00 bet shown up top: two orange cards marked ACTIVATE — BonusHunt FeatureSpins™ at €6.00 and Pharaoh Phrenzy FeatureSpins™ at €100.00 — and two green cards marked BUY, Desert Fury at €200.00 and Storming Sphinx at €400.00. The second card's thumbnail shows a "200x" scarab beside a "2+": it guarantees at least two scarabs per spin.
