Shaolin Master

Inside the game

Captured in the studio's own free demo on 11 September 2026. Nothing below is taken from a press release or another site — it is what the game shows when you open it.

The base gameFive reels over six rows with no paylines: wins are formed by clusters of touching symbols. The grid is tall rather than wide, framed by a carved wooden gate; the conical-hatted master stands to the left of the screen, his student on guard to the right. The yellow BUY BONUS button sits bottom left, at a demo bet of €2.00.
FeaturesThe panel spells the grid out, then opens the run of Chi Orbs, multiplier Wilds of three kinds. The first is drawn at the foot of the page: a blue dragon coiled in a red-rimmed disc. It always lands at 1x and gains +1 each time it joins a winning cluster — it does not jump, it climbs step by step.
Game rules, page 2The other two Chi Orbs are told apart by the dragon's colour: the gold one at the top of the page also climbs, but by +1 per winning symbol rather than per cluster; the two-tone one, blue and gold in the same disc, appears only on cascades and is born at the product of every multiplier on the grid. It is also the only one of the three to leave with the cluster it pays, where the other two stay to the end of the round.
Game rules, page 3The Student moves the multipliers: they no longer sit on the symbols but below each reel, climbing 1x per winning symbol in that column. The Green Chi Orb, drawn at the foot of the page — green dragon on a red disc — activates the multiplier of the reel it lands on, one per reel only, and each activation adds 3 more spins. The page caps each multiplier at 9999x.
Game rules, page 4The Master is counted not in spins but in lives: five scatters open it with three refilling lives, and every base game symbol is replaced by the pink stone block drawn in the middle of the page. The multipliers move above the reels, and two families of blocks raise them — adding and multiplying, each with an Epic variant that acts on the whole grid instead of a single reel.
Game rules, page 5Four gems drawn two by two, and the difference is purely visual: the Epic version carries a golden frame and a chiselled pattern, the normal one does not — blue above for the adding kind, green below for the multiplying kind, all x2 to x10. Beneath them, the rule that makes the game: Multiplier Blocks fall to the bottom of the grid and stack up there, filling the screen little by little.
Game rules, page 6The Crusher Block artwork demonstrates instead of explaining: the lava block, three blocks of 10 lined up in its path, and the block of 30 it becomes on reaching the bottom — the exact sum of what it destroyed. The page also gives the stop rule: every block that lands resets the counter to 3 spins, and three spins without a single block end the feature.
Game rules, page 7The paytable is built on cluster size: seven tiers, from 5 symbols to 15 and over, at the €2.00 bet in play. The five low symbols pay exactly alike at every tier, 0.20 for five and 30.00 for fifteen; at the top, the conical-hatted master towers over the rest with 120.00 at the highest tier, against 80.00 for his student.
Game rules, page 8The two drawn grids state the cluster rule better than the text: the green one carries five cells that all touch, the red one carries five as well — but only four form a block, the fifth is stranded at the other end of the row, and the cluster is refused. Above, a useful restriction: the Green Chi Orb exists only in The Student and substitutes for nothing there.
GeneralOnly three buy RTPs, where this studio usually lists four or five: 96.28% on BonusHunt FeatureSpins™, 96.29% for The Student, 96.3% for The Master. The gap between cheapest and dearest comes to two hundredths of a point. Below, the bet range, €0.10 to €100.00, which feature buys are allowed to exceed.
Buying the featureThe buy screen, at the €2.00 bet shown up top, and it offers only three cards instead of this studio's usual four: one orange marked ACTIVATE, BonusHunt FeatureSpins™ at €6.00, and two green marked BUY, The Student at €200.00 and The Master at €400.00. Each card carries the portrait of the character concerned, and the stated volatility reads Medium on the student's card alone.
